Unless otherwise stated, Go2 Website Design owns the intellectual property rights for all material on the website and for the services provided. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
User Obligations:
Users are granted limited license for the purpose of viewing the materials and using the services provided by Go2 Website Design. Users are not allowed to:
- Republish material from Go2 Website Design.
- Duplicate, copy or reproduce material from Go2 Website Design for a third party.
- Redistribute content from Go2 Website Design (unless the content is made specifically for redistribution).
Privacy Policy:
Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to our website, to understand our practices.
Services and Pricing:
Go2 Website Design reserves the right to modify the description, pricing, and availability of services without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for services listed at an incorrect price or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors.

By using our website and our services, you agree to accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website or our services.
Websites - Monthly Plans:

All monthly agreements are simply a "leased website" with full ownership belonging to Go 2 Website Design and the permission of use is between Go2 Website Design and the Client.

Websites - One time fee websites:
​
All one time fee website agreements are fully owned by the client.
Domain Name:
​
A .Ca or .Com is included with any Silver or Gold package and is not provided with the Bronze Package. Additionally the restrictions on an included domain is for a domain no greater than $25/ year USD. Anything greater will be billed in full to the purchaser of the website and will require full payment to complete the website.

Domain Ownership - Monthly Plans:

The domain name provided is owned by Go2 Website Design for the duration of the domains ownership. Example, a domain purchased for one year on Feb.1/2024 will be controlled and owned by Go2 Website Design until Feb.1/2025. An option to renew or request a domain transfer will be available at the end of the term.

If the client purchases a monthly plan and provides an existing domain, you are agreeing to us managing the domain account for the duration of our agreement. Once termination of the agreement has been agreed upon, the domain access will be returned to the client and the website will be turned off.

Domain Ownership - One time fee websites:
​
The domain name provided is owned by Go2 Website Design for the duration of the domains ownership. Example, a domain purchased for one year on Feb.1/2024 will be controlled and owned by Go2 Website Design until Feb.1/2025. An option to renew or request a domain transfer will be available at the end of the term.

If the client purchases a paid in full website and provides an existing domain, you are agreeing to giving us access to redirect the domain name to the website. Go2 Website Design will have no ownership of the clients domain.

Email Domain Name:
​
All email domains include G suite or Outlook. Our team will set either up and connect the domains for a monthly fee until terminated by Go2 Website Design or the client.
